How do I place a return or exchange ?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Zinda Beauty will gladly accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Please see our Returns page for complete information. We only accept products purchased directly from Zindabeauty.com

How Much Does Shipping Cost (USA Orders )?

For a limited time, enjoy free shipping on all orders placed within the USA!

Standard shipping on orders is $5.95

Standard shipping on orders over $25 is free

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note expedited shipping options are available Monday - Friday delivery excluding holidays.

How will my order be shipped ( USA Orders )?

Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations (the package will ship via UPS and be delivered by your local USPS). Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). Zinda Beauty does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

How long will it take to ship USA Orders?

Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). All orders, placed prior to 3pm EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the 2nd business day. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

How much is Sales Tax USA Orders ?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California and Utah. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

Does Zinda Beauty Ship Internationally?

No not at this time. Coming 2021.

What Payments Methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email so that we can look into it. You can write to us at contact@Zindabeauty.com – we’re always looking to expand our offering. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please send an email to contact@zindabeauty.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on Zindabeauty.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email Contact@Zindabeauty.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Does Zinda Beauty test on animals?:

Our products have NOT been tested on animals.

Are the Zinda Beauty products vegan?

There are NO animal by-products in these products, AKA the product is VEGAN.

Are the Zinda Beauty Products gluten free?

Yes!

What fragrances are in the Moisture Rose Cuvée?

This product is FRAGRANCE-FREE. There is a very small amount of Rose Oil, Geranium Oil and Lavender Oil -plus it naturally smells amazing!
